The Chimay "Grande Reserve" is a dark Trappist beer. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

Drier side, not blander side. Bright and refreshing with a light body and crisp finish. It’s wet. But dry. Go figure.

Expect lovely, warm smells of single malt scotch, oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel and roasted malts, a bit of earthy spice, and a scintilla of dark fruit. It’s a kick-back sipper made to excite the palate.

Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. Breakfast Stout has an intense fresh roasted coffee nose topped with a cinnamon colored frothy head that seems to never fade and makes you wish breakfast could last forever.

This traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. Brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and seasoned with coriander and sweet orange peel, Witte pours hazy, smooth and flavorful, with aromas of citrus and clove.

Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas.

Brewed using the traditional decoction method with floor-malted barley, soft well water, and noble hops. This crisp, golden lager is pale, malty, and spicy with notes of biscuit and fresh-baked bread.

Hopyard IPA is brewed with the freshest hops from the most recent hop harvest! Dry hopped with NYS Cascade Lupulin, and PNW Simcoe hops. The mash includes NYS Pale Ale and Pilsner malt to provide balance between hop and malt character. Aroma- Sweet mandarin orange, peach, citrus. Flavor- Juicy peach, zest, clean
