A traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy what with the Belgian yeast and all.

Feels Like Home is a fruity and unfiltered cider aged on rum soaked oak.

The Chimay "Grande Reserve" is a dark Trappist beer. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

Canadian Breakfast Stout is an Imperial Stout brewed with a blend of coffees and imported chocolates, then aged in spent bourbon barrels that have most recently been aging pure Michigan maple syrup.

A bold Baltic porter aged in bourbon barrels. This unusual lager style has many similarities to Imperial Stouts. A lengthy conditioning period creates a silky smooth chocolatey mouth feel enhanced by the use of oats and brown sugar. Noticeable sweetness gets balanced by roasted malt and hop bitterness. Additional flavors include bourbon, vanilla, and oak.

You really can't talk about Austin without talking about breakfast tacos so we whipped up this West Coast IPA with the Pinthouse Pizza crew as a tribute. We dry hopped with ample amounts of Simcoe, Mosaic, Krush, Krush Incognito, Krush Cryo and Columbus Cryo to make a West Coast IPA dripping with pineapple, mango, sweet citrus and some fruity dankness.

Our house beer brewed by our good friends at Meiers Creek. Crisp and refreshing

First brewed in 1981, Celebration Ale is one of the earliest examples of an American-style IPA and one of the few hop-forward holiday beers. Famous for its intense citrus and pine aromas, Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. There are generous portions of barley malts and fine whole hops of several varieties, creating a brew with a full, rich and hearty character.

This golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing.

Black Mettle is the dark, roasty cousin of our signature Mettle Double IPA. The fermentation profile in this Black Double IPA was adapted from our standard schedule to develop and highlight its unique flavors and aromas to ensure that it is tremendously satisfying yet beckons for another sip.

This collaboration with Burlington Beer Co. of Burlington, Vermont is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Helles Export Lager brewed with continental malts and noble hops. Bright golden in color with notes of bread dough, honeysuckle, and hay with a full body and firm bitterness, this single decocted pale lager is well-rounded with a lightly mineral finish.
