Our most anticipated Vintage Series release returns with a show stopping blend of six barrel-aged beers, created with the help of local winemakers to produce a masterwork of flavor. In addition to iconic Anniversary Ale components such as Parabola, Bravo, Helldorado and Velvet Merkin, XXVI also incorporates newer elements such as Whiskey Barrel Wheat Wine and Heavy Things to attain its own distinct character. The result is an impossibly complex blend loaded with bourbon-accented flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and butterscotch.

Of course most know that our All 'hop' Everything series is focused on the greatest IPA hops in the business. But this beer is a slight departure, once again focusing on a single hop, but with a completely different beer style, the lovely ESB or Extra Special Bitter. Combining a legacy hop, Fuggle, with an ale of maltiness and balanced bitterness. Fuggle, a classic hop from the UK brings sweet floral earthiness and plays wonderfully with it malt base.

A sessionable pale lager inspired by similar Czech beers. Premium authentic raw materials shine, including Moravian pilsner malt—foundational to the substantial but rounded hop flavor and aroma.

A style we greatly admire, the German Pils is a masterclass in balance. Utilizing a mix of Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir for that quintessential noble hop bent, Jakobus is supported by a cracker-like malt character. Light bitterness, lemon, and floral notes finish with a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

A bright and bold new hop experiment combining some new hop processing tech along with Nectron, and absolute stunner of a hop we're all-in on. Bright and tangy aromatics of fresh opened passionfruit, golden pineapples, white grape skin, soft and sweet orange pulp, guava candy, and a gentle kiss of pine. Wrap that jazz up with a clean malt base and some extra pop of pineapple from our SingleCut yeast and you've got a gig worth the ticket.

Perpetual IPA utilizes their hopback and dry-hopping to engineer a bold Imperial Pale Ale. It features Bravo, Chinook and Mt. Hood hops in the boil, Mt. Hood and Nugget hops in the hopback, and is further dry-hopped with Citra and Cascade hops.
