The original KBS stout, brewed with coffee and chocolate, is aged for one year in select bourbon barrels, which introduces subtle notes of vanilla, cocoa and charred oak. After the aging is complete, we then finish KBS on fresh oak to amplify these flavors – thus creating KBS Double Oaked.

Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives Founders’ robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect. Cozy like velvet. It’s a lover, not a fighter.

Double Dry-Hopped Hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic, & Strata hops.

This traditional Belgian-style white ale refreshes the body and illuminates the spirit. Brewed with malted and unmalted wheat and seasoned with coriander and sweet orange peel, Witte pours hazy, smooth and flavorful, with aromas of citrus and clove.

Naturally cloudy and shining silky gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this Weißbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas.

Our It Was Written sour IPA conditioned on purees of key lime, cherry and raspberry. Bomb pop like flavors!

The long, cold nights of winter are a little brighter with Celebration Ale. Wonderfully robust and rich, Celebration Ale is dry-hopped for a lively, intense aroma. Brewed especially for the holidays, it is perfect for a festive gathering or for a quiet evening at home.

Golden ale with lemon peel

Old Brown Dog has been cited as a classic example of the American Brown Ale style of beer. Compared to a typical English Brown Ale, Old Brown Dog is fuller-bodied and more strongly hopped.

German lager yeast. Pilsner malt from NY Craft Malt. Heirloom Prohibition hops growing up the side of the barn at Pedersen Farms in Seneca Castle, NY. Floral and fruity aroma. Finishes clean and crisp.

Unfiltered hard cider reminiscent of classic farmstand fresh apple cider pressed and sold at harvest. Blend of 100% high-quality, fresh pressed, locally sourced apples. It’s crisp, refreshing, with a savory balance of tart and sweet.

Earthborn Stranger is a Hazy Double IPA. We made it with Superdelic Hops, a brand new hop variety from New Zealand. We received these hops from Yakima Chief Hops, and we are one of the first breweries to receive Superdelic. This is a hop-forward beer, brewed with corn to give it a bright yellow glow.

Our dream begins with open-top fermentation. At high krausen, a foamy, rocky yeast head crests the sides of the fermenter releasing notes of black pepper and spicy clove. Unfiltered and cloudy with yeast, it’s slightly tart and downright refreshing.

In collaboration with Sloop Brewing. Columbus, citra, and lotus hops. Taste of sweet citrus and mixed berry.
