A traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy what with the Belgian yeast and all.

We took our ridiculously rich and smooth pastry stout base, and conditioned this on MOUNDS of fresh, real coconut flakes and Tahitian vanilla bean powder. This is a rich, but balanced stout, that reminds us of our favorite chocolate covered coconut candy bar. Long, smooth, decadent, chocolatey, finishing with an awesome kick of dark roast coffee.

Hayburner is a luscious and citrusy IPA, with primary notes of orange, melon, grapefruit, and a slightly earthy finish. It packs a firm bitterness but remains balanced by abundant late hop additions and a soft, airy malt base.

A semi-sweet draft cider with subtle carbonation, apple and honey notes. Sparkling cider.

Hella was brewed with Pale and Light Crystal malts, as well as hefty doses of Citra and Pikimai Cascade in the whirlpool and dry-hop. Hella crushable, Hella dope,Hella classic.

Photon is our light and crushable American Pale Ale loaded with pacific northwest hops. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits, hop resins, and a hint of biscuit. A smooth rounded bitterness with a touch of dryness ensures you’re ready for the next sip.

Dry hopped Italian-Style Pilsner hopped with Saphir, Tettnang, and Hersbrucker. Notes of toast, honey, jasmine, and herbs.

Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

This collaboration with Burlington Beer Co. of Burlington, Vermont is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Helles Export Lager brewed with continental malts and noble hops. Bright golden in color with notes of bread dough, honeysuckle, and hay with a full body and firm bitterness, this single decocted pale lager is well-rounded with a lightly mineral finish.

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste.
