Allagash Avancé is a product of patience. Aged with strawberries for three years in a large oak foudre, this strong, sour ale has the aroma of strawberry preserves and toasted oak. The oak and berries continue their presence in flavor, and compliment the sweet, warm finish.

A traditional Belgian wheat beer, Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy what with the Belgian yeast and all.

The Chimay "Grande Reserve" is a dark Trappist beer. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

City Orchard’s Hazy Gold is an imperial, unfiltered hard cider crafted from fresh-pressed New York apples. It features an 8.0% ABV and a semi-sweet profile, delivering juicy tropical flavor notes of mango, pineapple, and orange.

Palace is a West Coast style Pilsner. Light, crisp, and punchy - we loaded this beer up with our favorite German and American hop varieties, and fermented it low and slow for maximum crushability.

The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra and Kona coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever.

Deep golden color. Natural cloudiness, with yeasty notes, refreshing, spicy and fruity.

Edward (1917-2002) is our grandfather; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his five children. In his honor, this American Pale Ale is dutifully crafted from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, our ale yeast and water from Edward’s well. It is unfiltered and dry hopped. Aromatic and flowery, with impressions of citrus and pine, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Edward. Pale and Caramel malt; Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Warrior hops; House Ale Yeast, and our Well Water.

An absolute juice bomb brewed in collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World. This New England DIPA pushes Citra hops to their absolute limit. Expect a velvety, ultra-creamy mouthfeel exploding with vibrant notes of fresh-squeezed mandarin, ripe mango, and sweet guava sorbet, finishing with a crisp hint of grapefruit pith.
